Texas Memory Systems Announces Expanded Warranty Program

TMS and Anacomp Partner to Provide New Customer Support Services for TMS Resellers and Customers Around the Globe

October 1, 2002 -- Houston, TX -- Texas Memory Systems, the leading manufacture of solid state disks, announced today the launch of a new, multi-tiered warranty program for its RamSan SSDs.

The new program includes a variety of support options, including:

• Advance parts replacement

• 24x7 phone support

• Next business day onsite support

• 24x7, 4-hour onsite support

TMS has teamed up with Anacomp^®, Inc., a global provider of information outsourcing, maintenance support and document output solutions, to expand the geographic availability of onsite support to include major cities around the world.
