World's Fastest Storage Manufacturer, Texas Memory Systems, Joins TSANet Multi-Vendor Support Alliance To Enhance Service And Support For Customers With Complex IT Environments
Texas Memory Systems, makers of the World's Fastest Storage®, announced today that it has joined TSANet (Technical Support Alliance Network), the industry's largest vendor-neutral support alliance. TSANet provides its members with an important collaboration link to one another that ultimately benefits customers by resolving multi-vendor service issues more efficiently.
Texas Memory Systems' designs and manufacturers solid state disks. These systems can accelerate I/O intensive applications such as databases up to 2500%. Texas Memory Systems' solid state disks are typically deployed in multi-vendor storage area networks (SANs) and heterogeneous data centers. As a member of TSANet, Texas Memory Systems will work collaboratively with other alliance vendors to more efficiently resolve servicing issues and enhance its overall customer service.
